A word about emulators
THEY ROCK!
I got the timing for my low and mid rpm stuff worked a few minutes ago using the emulator function of the AutoPROM. The results were instantaneous. I DID screw it up once and dumped the EMU RAM to a file with the engine still running...PROM Error. After I loaded it into a BIN and burned the EMU BIN to a chip, it worked like a champ. I was doing the old run-and-burn thing until I decided to really use the emulator for its intended purpose. I will be using that thing a LOT in the future. WOW!
Craig and Mangus...you guys ROCK too!

TunerPro RT 3.07 download will be done on just a couple of minutes. I'll let you know how it goes! Thanks again!
EDIT: Got it...it'll be up and running on the Win98SE laptop in the morning. I have the day off tomorrow, so I'll let you know what I find out. I can't wait to try out the emulator on it. Check your PMs.

Do plenty of Saves, and still take notes. Being able to make lots of changes CAN bite you. And stop and do a chip once in a while!. You always want an instant cure for anything that can go wrong. FWIW, when I have a problem it's like in a Jersey or Chicago Toll Booth. Jersey was in a friends car, and Chicago in the truck. It was just too much fun digging for a chip when the laptops crashed. Oh, now that I think about it, if a laptop is going into sleep mode, you might lose your last .bin, and the emulator crash. That's what happened both times.
