Does anyone recognize this eprom?
It's a 24pin dip, the part number has a big S infront of both rows of #'s, the actual numbers are:
N82S181CF
FGQ3559 9009VE
Anyone know what this is? Is it compatible with the 2732a used in the TBI ecms? It's out of an early GM ECM, 1226026...

Grrr… thanks.
I did a bit of searching before I posted this and didn't find anything on them besides "we have them in stock" pages. I used google. This time I tried again with yahoo and got a few pages, including ludis' site, but I'm not sure what it's telling me.
Looking at the info, it appears to be a 1K*8 prom vs the 2732 which is a 4K*8… the pinouts appear to be similar (a couple of pins are labeled differently), all I'm trying to figure out is if I can read the thing accurately, and if I can if I can find an ecu file or some other way so that I can make some sense of what this thing is doing (I know, not much, old ecu/small prom, but this is also out of the best running, especially best gas mileage car that I've ever owned, which is what's sparking the curiosity). If I have my programmer setup for 2732 it reads, I get data, but it will not verify…

There are only a few pins that need to get changed in order to read it. If you can find the pinouts for each of the two devices (Ludis schematics?) you may be able to come up with something.
RBob.
To read you need to provide pin 18 with 5 VDC. Then you can read as 2732. Then cut into 4 pieces and throw away the all zero parts. Check with Ken73 for crossfire ECU files.
2532 is a drop in replacement for this chip. You need to stack 4 copies of the bin. Also I have yet to be able to make a no checksum bin work on tunerpro so I ended up using winbin.
