Disclaimer: "ANYTHING......COULD be the problem here.
You haven't given much information even for the best rocket scientist on the board here to reach a conclusion.
Even so, and I'm not much for working on rockets, I'll try to throw you a few hints.
READ THIS: DO NOT I REPEAT..... DO NOT put another paper clip in place of the fuse and turn the key on again.
If you come away from this post with nothing else, let it be this:
FUSES are there to protect a LOT of parts you really don't want to burn up.
Like your WIRING HARNESS.
Like your C-A-R !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are lucky it didn't set the harness on fire which would likely have set the car on fire.
Don't be toopid and do that again or let any 'friends' do it to YOUR vehicle.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, here's a possibility:
You 'could' have a shorted injector.
Remove ALL the injector plugs and put the CORRECT FUSE back in it and see if it blows again when you turn on the key.
You 'could' have a chaffed wire in the harness that has shorted to ground ot shorted to the + battery lead.
A visual inspection may find it.
1) Do the visual inspection.
2) If visual is ok, remove ALL (every one, all eight) injector plugs from the topof the injectors and put the PROPER fuse in there and see if you can power up WHILE the injectors are disconnected.
Yes, it could be the ECM but maybe it's not.
Do some troubleshooting (NOT TRYING TO START FIRES) and report back here with more info.

battery is connect to little round tube which is stock.. the orange wire that usually leads to the ecm fuse is disconnected. one side of the ecm fuse wire is connected to a red wire that fuse link on it.. that is tapped in the fat wire that comes off the litlle black tube.. its like its soldered or sumthin.. after jiggling the wires around i retaped the connection then i put a fuse in and the check engine light came on and i turned it off.. when i turned it on the engine light was still on.. when i tried the car it almost turned over and it popped again(the fuse).. given this information what help me better conclude what the problem would be beacuse of this .. this is the first thing im going to try to get it back on the road.. maybe a new fusible link wire in place of the other one?

Start with a close visual inspection of the harness.
Then ohm out the injectors. I'd be suspect of one or more of them.
Then get a wiring diagram, and ohmeter. One by one go thru the harness making sure nothing it grounded that shouldn't be. If the harness passes inspection try another ecm.
