will this programmer work or do i need a different type, or what?sorry im new at this. Its called ART EPP-1F E(E)PROM programmer. im not sure what this means, but all i need to know is if i can use this.

Which chips are you planning on burning?
Does that programmer burn those?
Which programmer software are you going to use?
The problems with lesser known burners, IMO, is the fact that there will be less people able to help you...
