Tunerpro connection problems
Hey,
A friend of mine has a 89 formula 305 5speed that gives me trouble when I'm trying to hook up Tunerpro to it.
Yes, I'm using the resistor. The interface works fine. On my car, 91Z, it will link up on the first try every time.
Usually, if he drives around for a couple minutes and I keep hitting connect it will "usually" connect. Oddly enough it seems to be getting worse. AKA it linked up ok the first time I tried to scan and now it takes a while to link up if at all. I've tried changing the frequency and restarting both the computer and the program.
I'm running a Compaq laptop with WinXP SP1. Anyone have any ideas??
Thanks
