Try to explain the problem a little here, and let's see what people think. Idle problems can mean ANYTHING, really, there are a million things that can cause problems, but some problems are easy to diagnose.

My car goes into closed loop and when I stop at lights and let the idle drop it goes down to 600 for a sec and then drops to like 400 then back up and then down again and eventually dies. The problem didn't occur until I put headers on. I left the O2 off at first (ran fine for this duration) cause the hedmans I ordered didnt have a hole and I had to wait 'til I got a bung welded on. I finally got one installed (Bung from Jegs, O2 Bosch Brand New) about 2 months ago right before I moved for school. Then this idle thing started phasing in until it got this bad and now its dieing at lights. Hope that helps a little more.

I replied to your other post asking the same question.. (why double post it?!?!?!?)
Anyway, sounds like you need a heated O2 sensor. Very common with headers.

Lots of people like to stick to their different forum sections thats why I posted it more than once, to get several different opinions. Anywayz, thanks for the input I'm gonna give this a shot. Wouldn't surprise me if it ran smooth again afterwards.

Definitely check for exhaust leaks as they will trick the O2 into thinking you're running lean. Also read the Delco O2 thread.

Alright, I just got done installing a heated sensor and resetting the computer. It still drops the rpm's a bit at idle. Is this due to the fact that I just reset the comp. and it will even out in a couple days or is something still wrong?

No, everything should be fine. When adding headers (only) to an otherwise bonestock engine, the ECM will work fine as is.
You have a different problem. Given the only change was the addition of the headers, my immediate reaction is an exhaust leak. In fact, the O2 is so sensitive to exhause leaks, that a minor leak AFTER THE CAT caused my car to run erratically.
I knew I had a small leak, but I didn't think that a small leak after the cat would affect anything and proceeded to do a ton of scans to see if there was something else...nothing stood out. Everything looked fine, except for the erratic idle.
So I went to a muffler shop and had them weld in a new Y-Pipe after the cat and the engine ran perfect. So don't discount a leak, no matter how small. And, if you just "slipped" the headers on in front of the cats, get them welded up too.
I can suggest other things to look at, but given that the problem developed almost immediately after you installed the headers, suggest the problem is with the header install. Re-torque all the bolts and inspect all the parts carefully for leaks.
