Enrich Startup Vs. Temp & Idle Engine Speed Startup Delay

Enrich Startup Vs. Temp.
Idle Engine Speed Startup Delay

What is their relationship? I mean when your engine starts, it's going by the Enrich Startup Vs. Temp. and increases the AFR whatever % you specifiy for a given temp. But how long does it hold to this AFR change? I'm assuming it's based on a time variable however the only thing I can find which would fit this would be the Idle Engine Speed Startup Delay Am I correct? My Idle Engine Speed Startup Delay is set to only 600.00 mSec.

There is also of course a Spark Advance Startup vs. Temp. which works in conjunction with the Enrich Startup Vs. Temp. but I also ask for how long do these have effect? Are they both controlled by another variable or are they both controlled by the Idle Engine Speed Startup Delay

Thanks!

Lastly real quick, why is the Enrich Power AFR Enable Min. Temp. set so high to 116* C (240* F) in all the bins I see? wouldn't you want this low enough that it actually kicks in? Isn't this one of the variables for PE kicking in?

For what I understand if the coolant is GT or EQ 116 deg°C the PE enable at TPS is replaced by the PE enable TPS When HOT.

PE enable at TPS:
70.31
60.16
50.00
50.00
50.00

If coolant gt or eq 116 the PE comes early (with less tps..)

PE enable TPS When HOT
14.84
14.84
14.84
50.00
50.00
