Need some info Please

I am looking for tunerpro or winbin .ecm and .bin files for the following ecms and engines.

1992 chevy van 350 K TBI ecm # 16155861 and AWLD.

and a 305 code for a 747 as well as a ecm file for the 747.

The one I found looks a little weird as I doubt that the timing goes from 2* to 32* and back to 5* in two 200 rpm increments. The VE table has 0 in some places too.

I cannot find anything about the 1992 van ecm.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't believe that no one has even used the 747?????? What about a ECU file and BIN file for a camaro TBI ecm? I could get started with my tuning if I only knew how to make a ECU file from text as that is the only way I have seen the ECU files. It is making me angry.

The camaro TBI cars used the 8746 ECU, slightly diffrent than the 747.

Where did you get the bin from, is it possible that is bad? also where did you get the ECU file from?

The ECU files for TunerPro are supposed to be text files. The just have an ECU designation. So, as long as you have a 747 ECU file, you should be good to go. Using the wrong ECU file will definitely show values like you're saying. So will using the wrong type of BIN file (MAF vs. MAP, different year or broadcast code, etc.).

Have you checked Mangus' site for starting files? Not only that, but the if I remember correctly, the 747 is the weatherpack version of the 730, isn't it? If so, any 730 ECU file should work fine....

Hope this helps. If you need 730 and $8d files, let me know and I can give you some generic starting point files.

Yah....Vern you're thinking of the '7727.

There are a couple of differences in the A/D input channels as well I believe, so '730 code in a '727 is not a direct swap. You have to repin a few wires. I'm not entirely sure on that point though....maybe someone who has done it will post up. If not, I'm gonna have to research it in the next couple weeks anyway. I plan to use a '727 to run the StealthRam I'm about to put in my (currently carbed) RS, probably with S_AUJP as a starting point.

You can find the .ecu right on the TunerPro site here: ECUs

Then HERE is a ton of 747 .bin files. Including one for an Astro i saw on there.
