Limp Mode Problem

Hello there

Last night i ran into a problem with my rig. I have a '165 converted to '730 with an adapter harness. I was moving the computer around trying to mount it and i think i removed the memcal also in the process with the ECM under power. Since then the car has been in limp home. ECM does not register on the ALDL, I’ve burned a couple of additional chips, switched the computer, no help. My only guess is the adapter harness might have been screwed up in the process but i checked it out and it appears ok. Could the ESC/additional resistor be the problem?

Anybody have any ideas?

sounds like a loose ecm pin. get a close look at the ecm/adapter connectors, one might be slightly pulled out. Not talking about the connectors but rather the wires going into the connector....
