749 cam and engine size help, finalburn?

749 cam and engine size help, finalburn?
hi I have a fairly built twin turbo 383 motor with ported heads and a pretty big cam. i dont understand ware to start to change the fuel and spark tables for my mods and engine size. in the 749 bbzb, also i have been looking at the .bin "finalburn" @ http://www.speedtoys.com/~bort62/7749/Main.htm under the links tab; is this a good bin to run? any help for a newbie would be great!
