Prominator problems

Prominator problems
I've been trying to load a bin file. And it seems that the car stays in limp mode.
I've upload ARAP bin and copied my chip (Hex to bin)bin off of the EMC.
When I replace the Prominator with my original chip the car runs fine.
Anyone elce have this problem ?
I've also enable and disabled the VATS and changed the mast to AA.
