basic starter tuning

I have just started programming my own chips.
Right now I'm running super_aujp_v2, with the knock retard added back in (hey I'm too cheap for 93 octane in my daily driver ).
I know SD isn't as flexible as MAF when it comes to utilizing mods, so what I'm wondering is, where should I start making adjustments based on the mods I have below?

Part throttle VE

Get those VE tables inline and operating good (VeMaster will help with the lower end to get it driving then tweak from there)
One thing you may want to do is adjust the IAC throttle following stuff a bit if you are running the stock TB.
I had to split the difference between the original S_aujp values and the second version.
The v2 settings just didn't feel right and I found it was smoother to back them down a bit. the v2 settings were to work better with bigger TBs but I'm stuck with the stocker for now
I don't remember exactly at the moment what I changed but do a compare between the versions in TP and you'll see the ones I mean.
Then go after the AE and PE stuff later.
