BLM's drop while running?!?

I just finally got my spark tables adjusted so i dont bog at WOT anywhere... but now when I am tuning for BLM's they start off ok, relatively normal and then steadly drop to 110, which is set as my min BLM. What would cause my BLM's to drop like this? I even tried to take out a bunch of fuel and retried, started a little higher then still droped to 110, what gives?

Evap canister purging? Disconnect the hose and clamp it off, and retry.
Is O2 still switching?

It seems to take about 10-15 minutes after it gets into closed loop, when it gets to closed loop I am running 127 - 129 in most areas, some areas as low as 120. Say for example I am sitting at a stop light and look at my BLM's that block just steadly starts droping, if i clear the cells or look at the latest values it's like 117 and still going down, after a bit everywhere is running 110 - 115 at the max, like I said I had my min BLM set to 110 so they might be droping even lower I dont know.

Red... I dont know anything about the Evap stuff... by the hose you mean the hose going to the TBI or the fuel vent hose?
