Inquiry about the SA table and eliminating the SA modifiers

I zeroed out all SA modifiers and I am trying to make a...sorta mechanical timing table. With this table, will the values in the boxes be the actual timing at the distributer at the given parameter?

I also have 2 degrees added after 3800 RPMs with the Slope SA.

Your low speed torque seems like it is suffering. At WOT, 100 MAP, and 1,000 rpm my 312 is already liking 20* advance with no detonation. That is 081 heads though with a more detonation resistant 305s small bore.

PE spark is worth its weight in gold to pass NOx on a smog check and still have good performance and fuel mileage.

To use Highway fuel mode you will need the highway spark functional as well.

Then their is coolant and EGR compensation. Both serve purposes.

Still searching, can't seem to figure out what a Main Spark Bias does, or Coolant Spark Bias, or TCC Locked Spark Bias.

What do they mean

On my 7747 the main spark bias is -9.81 and looks to compensate with the coolant compensated spark tables +9.81. When the engine is warm they cancel each other out. when the engine is cold the CCST is about 20 or so. That means it is getting 10* more advance. The TCC Locked retards the timing to keep the engine from detonating when the TCC drags down the engines rpm. My 7747 doesn't have this table that I have found and pings occasionally around town when the TCC locks. It will be running about 1,800 rpm in OD, the converter will lock and the engine will lug down to 1,200 rpm or so and ping for about 1 sec.

I said screw, the only way to find out is to do it myself. I ran this table today. Let me tell you, the car runs the best it has ever run. I only went 12 miles to my other job, so I haven't really got to test it out completely, but on that drive it had full power and smooth as silk.

For those that don't understand what a bias is, look at my last reply on this thread; https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=314518

The c3 TBI code is funny. To save rum they use a slope SA adder. What it does is add SA up to a set RPM and by a specific adder per 1000rpm. So let's say your main SA table ends at 3600rpm and the value is 30 degerees. Let's say you want 32 degrees at 4600rpm but want 32 degrees at 6400rpm! What you would do is set the max RPM for slope SA to 4600rpm and set the slope adder to 2 degrees. It's that simple. Nothing too complicated but might be tricky to visualize... everybody's different (hence all of these darn languages in the world).
If you've still got questions let me know. I want that to be clear. Come up with some examples of your own and I'll tell you if you've got the nack or not.
Did you mean if we want 34 degrees at 6400? Wouldn't the adder add 2 more degrees after 4600?
