I have tunercat and just downloaded Tunerpro.
When in Tunerpro some of the constant values do
not match what I have entered in the tunercat bin.
where is tunerpro finding it's values if I'am using
the same bin I used in Tunercat

This generally means the math defined in the XDF doesn't match the match defined in the TDF. If the differences are minor, it's likely nothing to worry about.
If data points are way off, then I'd investigate further (via a hack if available).

I've ran across the same thing in the spark and VE tables using the xdf for the 8746. The values are different or are located in the wrong cells in the charts compared with tunercat.
