tps .61 volts dropping rpm's

What would cause my tune to choke cough and drop rpms when I go from .57 volts on scan tool too .61?

I just switch to sd and becoming familar with it, my plugs wire's hei are all good to go. So far I've played with the fuel, timing, the idle degree table, I've tuned my blm's to 128. Just don't understand it, missing something, it idles at 800, I crack the throttle quick and it responds(without entering pe), but I do it slow, bring it up to 900-1000 rpm's and it falls flat on its face, it will actually drop rpm's. I've had my iac hovering at 12 counts around idle and it still does it. Thinking I might disconnect that and see what it does. I think this is a common problem when tuning with the sd, done some research thinking maybe tomorrow I'll try the ae tables and see what happens. I'll keep playing until I get it but just throwing it out there to get some ideas.

Too much timing in the 1000rpm area? Maybe going in and out of open loop idle?
