Open Loop Idle, great cold, bad warm.

Engine: Modified L98 & LT5
Transmission: DN 4+3 & ZF6
Axle/Gears: 3.07 & 4.10
Open Loop Idle, great cold, bad warm.
Does anybody have any hints on what to look (mechanical or ECM, doesn't matter) for what could cause this...?
Open Loop Idle, cold engine: Perfect
Open Loop Idle, warm engine after driving for a little while: Bigtime surging, almost stalls if you give it no throttle.
Closed Loop Idle, all the time : Perfect
As soon the engine flips from open to closed everything is just fine.
