burning chip for 7427 computer. i read original memcal with my autoprom using 27c512 as selected chip. bin came out 64k which i think it is supposed to be. burned new chip selecting 29sf512 with address at 0000/ffff. used g1 adapter and installed but wont start and no ses light. what am i doin wrong?

16197427? What mask are you running? Guessing $0D.
What software package are you using (TunerCat or TunerPro)?
The stock chip is infact 64k (512kbits is 64kbytes because 8 bits in a byte). If you send me a bin that isn't working I can take a look at it and see if it's something bin/software related.

 

yes i am using $0d with tunerpro rt. maybe im reading the bin in wrong? should i have chip type set to 27c512? it did read in as 64k bin. when im burning i have chip set to 27sf512. how can i get my bin to you?
