16147060 Pcm $85 Xdf ?

I'm up in NY trying to help my brother with his bus/van. He's got a 16147060 PCM with a $85 mask. We started doing some datalogging and need to start with the tuning part.. It runs real rich at idle due to the lumpy cam in it.

We both were searching around for a XDF to start tuning and can't seem to find one.

Anyone have a $85 XDF ?

if not anyone have a $85 hack i can start working on?

Any help greatly apprectiated... -mike

edit: Not sure if it matters but its an A138

I just used the Tunercat stuff. I'll give ya a hint thou, work with the tranny stuff, early on. Then tune bearing in mind how you're going to use the truck. What works around town, may not be what you want with a 5,000lb payload. Ask me about 300 miles in PE, due to a heavy wind, and having to meet a schedule.
