Hello. My name is Dmitri I live in Russia, at me corvette 87 MAF($32d).At me a problem with idling. I have collected 400cid and have established on 32 fuel injectos. As I have establishedI changed them in constants and display injector flow rate-7.0, but the motor works only on 1000-1200 rpm with help TB. 700rpm-
ar/fuel 11-12, the engine end.As I have established: cam 212/218 Ls112, 58 TB, SLP runners, Tpis manifolds, AFR 190, TC-2000rpm.I have Tunercat. Can help to solve this problem?
Thanks, Dmitri from Moscow.

I'm not a MAF user so the best I can do is
MAF tuning guide

You will want to look around in here too.

Specifically at the 165 section.

I don't understand your reference to 7.0 and the injector constant.

I tried in Tunercat to change a constant 3,83 on 7,0 gal/hr.

I don't use TC either, but that sounds like the mile per gallon calc. constant. Or 32lb/hr injectors are more like 5.16 gallons per hour using 6.2 lbs/gal.

Post a screen shot of the window with TC open and the constant your changing. If you can't get Windows to cooperate in doing that, do a search on "screen capture" on your favorite search engine and download some free software to do it for you. Then you can attach the file you save so everyone can see what your talking about.

want to understand what positions in tables it is necessary to change, that the ideal course would be, replacement of the fuel size does not help.

Set your injector constant to match the injectors you used
and the cyl size to that for a 400.
Then read the stuff in the links I posted.
Then come back with more questions.

There's just not much out there for 32B tuning, most of the MAF stuff is for 6E (the 1989 code). But everything you read is going to help your understanding of how the electronics work.

Try putting every thing back to stock except the injector constant. Change it to 32# injectors (I run 30# injectors with 49# fuel pressure which makes them the equivalent of 32# injectors on my 350)

Next, go to the tech section on this site and see how to readjust your throttle opening, TPS sensor and IAC. that should get you running a lot better. Beyond that, I can't help you as I am running the 6E code in the 165 computer adapted to my wiring harness.

You will need to change the airflow settings as well. You will need some type of monitoring equipment. If you have a laptop, you can download lots of different freeware and purchase the cables necessary so that you can hook up to your diagnostic link and see how the engine is running (Lean/Rich). You will be able to make changes from there.

Another option is to burn a chip with the 6E code, which will work in your computer and then unplug the cold start injector..... 6E I can help you with to a greater extent. I am not a Guru by any means, there are others who have a greater knowledge since they have been at it a lot longer than I have.

What you have for a cam is mild for a 400 so it shouldn't take too much to tune it. You probably won't turn over 5,000 to 5,500 rpm (max) with that cam in such a large motor. My 350 would probably only make 6K with it so don't think you are going to pull to 10K rpm with it.

Good luck with your studying and your car!!!!
