What all is needed for someone to burn me a chip?

Engine: Rebuilt Vortec Headded 358SB 9.5:1
Transmission: 700r4, corvette servo, Transgo kit
Axle/Gears: 3.23 POSI
What all is needed for someone to burn me a chip?
I am kind of new to the board, and am almost done with my project.
I only need a set of 24-26 # injectors, and a custom chip burnt.
But for the chip, i need to know what all info is needed, what a good price is, and does it really make the difference?

Above and beyond all, this board is DIY "= do it yourself" PROM
Everything u need to know is explained in the stickies above as well as many references to people enhancing even a stock cars performance and driveability thru prom tuning it themselves.
