Willem Programmer 2732 chip
I've been searching about this for about an hour and just looking for some confirmation before I start buying stuff. I have been looking at the william programmers on ebay (because of the price). I also have the 2732 chip from a 91 bird TBI L03.
From what I have researched, The Dual powered willem programmer will burn this chip as long its using the AC adapter and not USB. Is this correct?
