ways to increase idle?

i need a way to increase my idle, for setting my tps, the only way to get 100% at wot is to have about 7% at closed throttle. i can readjust the throttle body screw so the tps gets down to its .54volts or .2% throttle. but when its like that. the engine just doesnt get enough air for idle. what can i do to fix this issue? can i increase timing at the 0-1000rpm ?

Get the motor to idle nice by the mechanical screw and then reset the TPS to .54.
Then do the reset on the IAC just to be sure everything is ok ans then see by logging with motor off if the stroke on the TPS is better.
Might be the stroke of your foot is not actually opening the throttle all the way. Try it right at the TB and then by foot to see the difference.

right at the TB is where ia lways check tps voltage. and with the tb screw adjusted enough to keep the car running, and tps set at its .02% . at wot at the TB, it reads roughly 85%
