I am thinking of buying a used PROM chip.
(It's a Hypertech) Can someone tell me
what the difference is between a california
chip and a federal chip? Will I get more
power with the fed chip?

Also is a Thermomaster really better then
a stree runner? The former requires a 160
degree thermostat.
