Nitrous chips

I might be gettting a dry nitrous system from a buddy for a really good price. Since I have the ability to burn my chips, I was thinking I could burn a chip designed just for running nitrous, by adding a lot of fuel in the VE tables. Or lowering the injector constant... etc. Would that work ?

Sounds like a good idea to me. The best way to handle it would be in the VE tables, just richening it up in the RPM/load range the nitrous will be operating in. Chaning the injector constant would throw everything off, so your block learns would be way off during part-throttle (well, non-WOT) driving.

I run a nirous chip for my wet plate system. I only did very minor tweaking though since its a wet system for the VE tables at WOT.
As for timing I just pulled out 54 degrees for my 100hp shot.
The ploblem that could arise is forgetting to swap chips.
I was in the staging lanes when I remembered I had to switch chips.
I had my 7730 laying on the front pass floor so it was easy to swap the chip out quick.
