High RPM spark advance> attn Intech? or anyone else

I wanted to eventually start experimenting with high rpm spark advance.. I know just about exactly where my peak torque is judging by my fuel tuning, its about 5200 rpm, and then drops off substantially
I wanted to know exactly where i should start the advance coming in if peak torque is currently about 5200 rpm and how much I should start out with? I just want an idea on what other street sbc combos typically like to see to get that extra little bit out of em

i currently shift around 5800 so if i can gain more power in that 600 rpm after 5200 that would be great

If you post your BIN or a table of your spark curve I'll be glad to look at it and offer any help, if you like.

IMO, you're stretching it in those rpm's with that cam/engine combo. More advance (depending on where you are) may cause more harm than good. I'll let you know what I think if I can see your BIN, or at least post your spark curve here.

Do you have a knock sensor? Do you have an audible knock indicator, besides the actual knock itself??? gonna need them with my curve. Or scantool to check for knock counts.

Ok, c-stain. You're on your own. I could help you but you are too proud to put our differences aside, which is just a sign of your age and immaturity. Good luck and I hope you bust-off all your spark plug electrodes and burn holes in your pistons, which you are not too far from doing. c-stain.

EDIT: and your topic said "ANYONE ELSE", sheet for brains, so I TRIED to help, only to get peed on by a c-stain.

EDIT2: and you think with your combination and 214/224 SIS cam you have a torque PEAK at 5200rpm??? How much crack are you cooking??? God, give up trying to be GOD, already... The position is already taken, Ricky Retardo. 5200rpm, LOL!!! LOL!!!!! About how much torque is that, Pablo? Any guesses? You do realize that torque approximately equals hp at 5250 rpms, right? Just wondering how much torque and/or hp you THINK you are pushing? LOL!!!!! LOL!!!! 5200rpm LOL! Never pulled ANYTHING on a dyno run, have you??? LOL!!!

Pablo, he's right about the peak torque thing, maybe you meant peak HP. I dont know what is between you two, but it makes you look like a punk when you go off like that. Cant we all just get along? (couldnt resist)

Me Pablo, Me build 400hp 305 that runs 16sec... Me have peak torque 1500rpm above a 500hp cid motor with my 305 and girlie cam. I can feel it in the seat of my pants!!! Me no need scan tool. My WOT plug cuts tell me everything about my entire VE table in my ecu and the entire operating range of me engine. I feel it pull at 5200rpm and my VE table changes say so, even I don't know my BLM's are or even what BLM means, so must be most torque at 5200. Me teach all you guys this stuff because me read and think it ok. Duh. Me run 20psi on my injectors when others with 50 more hp and 50 more cid run 15psi. Me smart. Me know a lot about torque and hp cause I feel the sheet in my pants squish when I go fast. My car can burn out with one tire when I punch it. It must be able to run 13's some day. Me fast. Have not been to the track so don't judge me. Me fast, I can tell. Me need 670cfm because me smart. More air is ALWAYS more hp, I read it before. I don't care what your 350 needs for cfm. My 305 needs 670cfm, me smart.

Me don't really want advice from someone that can actually help me. Me want advice from someone other than FastBroker. He stupid. Me smart. Me want to crank spark until I break stuff. My plug cuts don't tell me when I'm having knock. Me smart(couldn't resist)

Plugs can tell all, you idiot. I though you were the master at SOTP and plug cuting? Guess not so stop telling people what to do. Man are you an idiot. Ban this guy. I am being a jerk for this post, for sure, BUT he started it and he asked for it, plain and simple.
