TCC lockup ?

When the ECM locks the TCC, does it pull the pin (F6 on my 730) to GND or +12?

I'm wiring up a new 700R4 in my TPI powered Chevy 4x4 and I'm just trying to figure out how to tackle the TCC. The diagrams I have of my truck and TPI cars shows one pin of the lockup silonoid going to the TCC lockup pin of the ECM, and the other side of the silonoid connected to the brake petal switch (purple wire).
