Should BLMs be different when....

I tuned my 749 / $58 back in January when temps were in the 60s. At idle, my BLMs were pretty much right on, 127-130. Since then, I've made one bolt-on change; I added turbos which includes a completely reconfigured exhaust. The ambient temp now is 100 - 110. Now my idle BLM is 148. Does this make sense or is this a hint that something else needs attention?
