just for future reference

my new 3rd gen is a 92 RS.. w/ the L03. When I get out of college(Mechanical Engineering major) I plan to replace the 305 with a hot road-race oriented 327. At that point I'm rather certain I'll be looking to customize my PROM. My question is how well do the TBI ECMs respond to PROM re-calibrations? From what I have read, the TBI's have EXTREMELY slow computers. If anyone can either post, or e-mail me, I'd appreciate some technical "light" shed on this. Thanks.

Anthony

the computer isnt slow, the aldl datastream is.. but that has nothing to do with the actual function of the computer. The 7747 TBI computer has been used for everything.. its hacked to the core and can support just about anything you throw at it with proper programming
