Tuner Cat question??

I haven't had a chance to get my eprom desoldered from the memcal so I have downloaded a few .bin's form the net so I could get more familiar with burning eproms. My question is, how exactly do I get a file that I have downloaded on to the c drive into the buffer. I have tried entering in many different "paths" but nothing is working. Thanks.

With tuner cat you would just select the correct ECM, go to file, open then find the file wherever you downloaded to. I created a bin folder on c: so it would be easy to locate.

Are you really talking about tunercat or the pocket programmer??
