You need the ECU file for your particular ECM/prom ID combination. You have a '165 ECM and likely a $32 ID software.
A recommendation is to upgrade to the $6E code and use a .ecu file for that, found on the third gen yahoo groups page.

You'd download the ARAP.bin file, modify it to match up with what your car is, burn it on a PROM and install it in your car. You can use the 89v4.ecu file that's available on the third gen yahoo site to run winbin, in order to modify the ARAP.bin file.
This way you get to ditch the 9th injector and run code that's a little more refined.

Don't forget the unplug the connection to the cold start injector though.

Did ole Eric Aos ever fix WinBin? I remember having some serious issues w/r/t the 16-bit values that were less <= h$0FFF as of v0.14. The 89v4.ecu file referenced above is the best one we put together for the ARAP, but I think it is still subject to this problem, which will rear its head when you go to set the rev limiting and such, the fuel injector sizing too. If anyone knows different, let me know, but it was kinda crippled there for a while. Mostly it's great, just a couple snag-points.
