Timing table question

I need a little clerification. 88 Iroc MAF car. Working the arap bin, and I am a little confused as to what the numbers accross the top of the graph represent. I am aware that the higher the number from left to right means progressively more throttle, but what exactly do the numbers represent? MAF grams? It starts at 32 and goes to 208 maximum. When I watch my datalogs my MAF grams reach a peak of 195, so I am thinking the timing table in the 208 column is having no affect? Is that right? Thanks for any help. Larry.

LV8, or Load Variable 8 bit. Basically it is the airflow divided by the RPM.
