I own a 1991 Z28 Camaro with a V8 305 Engine and I have problems when it comes to running my car over 110 mph. I think it is the governer, but it does not turn off it just stalls. Can you help me get rid of that? I was told it was the PROM but I went to the dealer and the workers told me that they could not change the factory setting? Please Help.

See at the top of the page where it say intro to prom burning, that's where you start

Dealerships aren't allowed to tamper with the chips. GM considers them just fine, since they meet all the EPA specs etc

You could get into prom burning or maybe contact a local chip burner and have them help you.
