question abhout craig moates software
does this software allow you to pull the prom code, the bin file stuff, through the aldl? I seem to remember a post several months back saying that that function works now.
My boss has an 88 Callaway twin turbo. I'm interested to see what the parameters are. I've pilled codes from his vette before so I know the aldl works and therefore it probably is still an original type ECM. Whether or not the data is readable I don't know.
I'll hook up the laptop to his diagnostic port but I'm not about to pull out his ECM.
Most of the engine components look stock (minus the turbos); the MAF, sensors, etc.

Yes, it will do the Prom dump through the ALDL port. Assuming the addressable portion of the GM code is still intact, which it might just be...
