my values are
IAC TF decay filters high 12.09%
med 12.09%
low 12.09%
why high-med-low?
IAC steps decay
STL SV 19.89% what is STL SV? (satellite sports van?)
DCFO 19.89% fuel cut off ?
NORML 13.65% normal operation in CL?
if i wish to decay more quickly do i raise or lower values?

The higher the value the faster the decay. Mine are setup as:
Stalsvr(stall saver)19.50
DFCO 44.85
Normal 74.88
