Is there a message board out there like ours to help out a friend who wants me to burn him. Don't know much about his Ford except it's a 93 witha EEC4 ECM. Any help will be great!

Lots of information there on the Windsor and EEC Tech forums.
The EECIV is nice. You don't need to burn chips for them. Just buy an piggy-back system. EEC tuner, TwEECer, PMS, EPEC, those are all tuners available for the EECIV.
