Well, as of my last post, I couldn't get Moate's software to load with the computer in windows...so I logged in in safe mode...that worked like a charm...or so I thought. After a data log run, there are 15+ second blank spots where it recorded nothing. YOu can tell it is locking up or hanging by looking at the screen cuz the values cease to update for a while...then start updating again...I made a prompt so I could restart WinME in Dos mode and it won't even connect again in dos mode...

My question is...

Is anyone else out there successfully running Moate's software with WinME? My next step is to install the WinME patches I found on MS's website...then after that my idea is to format the C:\ drive and piece through installing Win98...

I will try Craig's latest rev first though...

I have that same problem with Win98SE on my 75MHz Pentium Toshiba. I am pretty sure that others have the same trouble with multiple OSes. Craig is aware of these issues and I am pretty sure he is working on it..........

Thanks for the help...maybe I won't be so quick to format the C:/ drive then...maybe it also isn't the speed of my laptop then either...
