Double check on final tuning...
I want the BLM locked at 128 to keep the INT from going to far off and reseting?
An INT reading of 115 means too rich and the computer is pulling fuel out? and vice versa?
Some knock is normal, so if I get 1 or 2 counts here and there I should leave it alone right?

You only want to lock in the BLM for fine-tuning the VE table, and only once you have your BLMs in the 126-130 range. Otherwise, you don't want/need the BLM locked.
Yes, 115 is too rich and the computer is injecting less fuel to bring the A/F ratio back to stoich. Yep, higher than 128 is lean, etc.
1-2 knock counts is OK, and can almost be expected when the tranny shifts.

I don't bother with the INT at all if I have the BLM's at near 128. Tried locking BLM once or twice and didn't see any noticeable change for all the extra work. The main benefits will be from getting BLM as close to 128 as you can, iwthin say 2 on either side of stoich, which is about 1.5%, or close enough for me. I'll let the ECU do the rest.
EDIT: IMO, I don't like any knock counts (tranny change ok, obviously) because the ECU retards the spark so much. Unless you have changed the retard parameters to smaller values, then "never mind".
