well, actually the BLM stayed the same and INT went up. Then the SES light came on after I was off the highway.
Am I missing something here? The BLM stays at 117 on the highway and the INT went from 128 to 135. Something is fishy...

How fast is your ecm data stream? I was doing the same thing and I can't watch the INT, it's all over the place. I just go by the BLM. Maybe if you bump fuel pressure and do nothing else, then do the same test run, see what the BLM is at. If it's going down then you know it's working. Go the other way with the fuel pressure and it should bo up.

It's a 160 baud ECM.
Maybe I should try the V6 FPR spring? Its only a couple ticks lower than the 350 spring. It can't be much different, since I'm only working with 10-15 psi I think.

Did you burn a new PROM with the adjusted value as I explained? In the VE tables that you are using while on the highway??? ie, RPM and MAP areas??? If you changes it, your BLM will change. Simple as that. If you change the wrong VE cell, you will see NO change in BLM as the operating cell during ighway travel is not the one you changed. Does that make sense? ie, how did you change VE to fix BLM? exactly???
Are you using TUNERCAT? If so, cut-and-paste the before and after Main Fuel Table here. OR EMAIL THEM to me, if you like. ie, one for each PROM. And tell me exactly where you run on the highway, RPM and MAP wise and point out the changes you made. I can help.
