What is needed for DIY chip burning?

I need to know what i need to do this stuff myself and where to get it. can you guys help me out?

Start by going to this link and reading this ...

Don't be intimidated by the volume of the material. Most of us have had to read this stuff a couple of times before it starts to make sense....sometimes more.

Read it in "small chunks" (no more than an hour or two) each day and make lots of notes. If you come across any specific terms or questions AFTER reading the material, post your question.

But, the more you read, it WILL make eventually come together and make sense. We all have been where you are at in the beginning...it's just better organized now.
