Converting adress's

i have 2 simular ECU's here, but stuff is located in different adress locations like Accel Pump Vs. Coolant on ecu (a) = 40C, and ecu(b) = 332, is there a way i can convert allmy adress's using windows calcualtor?

ok i took 40c and subtracted 332 and came up with DA, i think taking my hex adress and subtract DA from them is working

There is both an ECU file and a commented hac of the '8746 code ($61). Check moates.net/fileman. If not there a web search should bring something up.

332 (decimal) = 14C (hex). I assum you meant 14C and not 40C.

In any case, read this:
http://www.tunerpro.net/tutorials/UnderstandingHex.htm

Also note that some hacs have a base offset, usually something like $1000 or $4000, that should be subtracted when creating a definition.

Perhaps "converting" was the wrong word here. i will explain this a little more. Looks like there are few differences but the 8746 and the 7747 ecu are very closely related. Most of the adresses on both are in the same order, just that the adresses are "offset" the amount i posted earlier. By adding the offset (DA) to the adresses on the 7747 ecu were working for the 8746 ecu. Now that i have the 8746 hac, i just use it now. Both numbers are (hex) so the 40c is correct. The '8746 hac from moates.net/fileman was right on the money accept for one thing and thats "Async Fuel Mult. vs. RPM" which i added myself.
