Simple schematic question

On many of Ludis's ECM schematics, sensor names are often followed by a pound sign (#) and a number in parenthesis. For example, "CTS# (5)" or "MAP (1,4)". Do the numbers refer to the pin on the sensor? What does the pound sign mean?

Here's an example: http://www.cruzers.com/~ludis/1227165sheet2.gif

The number refers to which page the ckt is on next.
The pgs are in order on his site IIRC. So if you printed them, you have to figure out which page is which and mark them.

Now that you mention it, that makes a lot of sense. Thanks!
