APU1 AutoProm problemes.

APU1 AutoProm problemes.
I got som irratic problemes with my autoprom, I wounder if anyelse got it?
The car is a 1991 corvette.
If I scan the car with "datamaster" I get "lost connection with ECM" after a while, and the car stalls. No SES.
If I dont scan the car, just use the autoprom as a "emulator" the car runs like a champ.
I cant figuer it out. It worked last summer.
What can I test? Any speciall COM settings in XP that I can try?

fixed it..
hade to play around with the "latency" settings for the com port. Could not use the one I should in the FAQ for the autoprom for som strange reason?
