more ?s on VE tables, please don't shoot me.
i searched but didn't find anything of real use, maybe i didn't use the right wording, or it just hasn't been brought up. i did find a few threads related to it, but it seemed as nothing was truly came up with.
this is for a 730 8D AUJP.
if i understand right, i can't add lines to the factory VE tables without changes to the code, which is why RBob made a patch to add an upper extended VE table.
what i want, or would like to do is to have better resolution on VE2, at least go by 200 RPM per row instead of 400, although i think 100 would be better for me.
i would also like to have VE2 to have more resolution on MAP. if a VE2 could be done just like VE1 is, that would be great, that would take VE2 to 2800 RPM at 100 per row. in my normal driving i don't often go over about 3200 RPM unless i stand on it, 2600~2800 for normal take off from a red light.
so, my question is, can VE2 be patched to have the better resolution like VE1 has? or can the exteneded patched VE3 table be changed to take the place of VE2 & have more MAP columns & change the RPM in the rows?
or has this already been done but im too dumb it find it?
im not sure, but from what i have read, it seems like S_AUJP4 may do this but seems it isn't released yet.
did i word this right? does anyone understand what im asking?

To get the 100 rpm breaks you'd need to mod the ve3 patch since you'd be limited to 3187 in your VE2.
The V4 VE2 has 200 rpm breaks up to 3200 & swaps to 400 breaks the rest of the way up to 6400. With 5 kpa only breaks for map. And the VE2 is bit selectable for stock or modified table use for all the DM users.
