IAC Min on datamaster (8D)

I'm trying to solve some idle issues on my new engine.
In the datamaster log, I have two IAC related values:
the first is the "IAC Pos" and it is the stps the iac is using to maintain the predicted idle.
the second is : "IAC Min"
it is always in the 60-70 range . What this is??
is it something related to the table in tuner pro called "IAC Idle steps vs. temp ?"
-Thanks-

Not positive based on your decription. But I believe that IAC MIN is the keep alive steps for trying to stop from stalling.
