Is there a table for IAC counts when in drive

When shifting from neutral to drive, it takes maybe 20 seconds or something like that to reach steady state at the target idle (idle speed + offset). It's real slow. Seems like it should add a bit more, faster, then fill in with any extra counts needed. Is there a table for this somewhere, either offset or even a gain table to have it pick up the idle speed faster?

Thanks for the help. It gets to me after a while.
