shakey idle and WOT KR

shakey idle and WOT KR
hi all,
I have 2 questions .
1. I have a L98 that is Modded I am running a small 212/218 cam in her I am having the "shakes" at idle. I know it is not stock but i was wondering if it could idle better. the BLM's are at 128/128 at idle.Is there another table that i should be looking at to try. I do realize that it will never idle "perfectly smooth" but i have the equipment to mod and i am at wits end trying to get it better, any tips?
2. WOT KR .
I am running very little advance up here only 22-23* in the prom. dizzy is at 6* and I have verified this with a light, I still do however still have the stock spark adder table active. I tried reducing the amount with little to no effect on KR and again at wits end
