Engine: Superramed 355 w/ intercooled T72

Hooking up T56 VSS to a 749 ECM
How have you guys wired up the VSS from a T56 to a 749 ECM? Been tuning and noticed my MPH is always zero... not sure of the impact it has on my tuning but I plan to swap to the $59 code and a table in there uses mph instead of TPS.
