MAF dips WOT pull

MAF dips WOT pull

Did an ALDL datalog last night and noticed that I had a few dips in the MAF grams/sec. Under full throttle the MAF reading drops allot here is a screen capture of it.



what do you guys think is causing that.

Do a data log at idle and tap on the maf sensor, wiggle the wires, and see if you get the drop. Loose/corroded wire connections, bad maf sensor, bad relays, will all show the same symptoms. Check power and grounds before the maf and signal wire after. Unplug and replug all connectors, sensors and ECM. Monitor maf input volts while driving wot, make sure there is no dropouts.
