Has anyone been able to locate any of these chips recently or are they all gone? I may have found a place where they still might have them. So I emailed them asking how many they have in stock.

The SST 29SF512s are cheaper in single lot from moates.net, even better in quantity pricing.

yeah, but those don't work in my serial port autoprom.... and I'm out of 29c256's
